How does the Amplify Alien selected the channel it is in?

I wanted to know if the Alien searches for the channel that has less interference and is better for the Wifi. I have used a Linksys router and it has a channel finder feature where the router scans for the best channel to use, I just wanted to know if the router does it automatically if it does not do it then this could be a cool thing to add.

@Penchito-Martinez Hi, that is correct. Automatic channel selection scans the full bandwidth and selects a channel with less interference.
