No Android device to run the app but you have a Windows PC? Try BlueStacks...

Give BlueStacks 3 a try. I have iOS and Android devices, but like having the app in a window on my Windows laptop. It runs the "real" AmpliFi app from the Google Play Store perfectly. So, you don't need an Android device, but you will need a Google ID (ex. Gmail).
It was also handy to have the app running on Windows to be able to copy/paste the MAC addresses and other information into a spreadsheet. (Workaround here was to click into assign a static IP so that the MAC could be copied.)
