I have contacted your support(Sarah, Chance, +1 more) re: intermittent packet drops when connected from a Windows 10 PC using a Netgear Genie N1560 Wireless USB Adapter WNA100. I have not heard back. Please refer to chats: 74749, 74745, 74744, 74393
My router is placed a few feet away from the Windows 10 PC that has this adapter installed.
I do not experience packet drops when connected to the AmpliFi router using Ethernet from the same PC.
Nor do I experience packet drops when pinging from a Surface laptop (in the same room) connected to the same AmpliFi router.
Are there any know interop issues with Netgear Genie N1560 Wireless USB Adapter WNA100?

@mohamed-jawad-khaki Could you please collect support info from Amplifi while ping from WNA100 is running?
