@UBNT-Gunars still issues with VPN connections with hardware nat enabled cant seem to connect to VPN via openvpn when hardware nat is enabled in router whenever i turn off the option it works just fine.
-
@peter-skopa Thanks for letting us know @Peter-Skopa!
@Roman-Yeryomin, @Dmitrijs-Ivanovs: can you work with Peter on this issue?
-
@peter-skopa Please send us support info collected when VPN is active. ALso, let us know which port number is used for VPN (if you have such info).
-
@dmitrijs-ivanovs, a mail address to send it too then please
-
@peter-skopa Send it to dima@ubnt.com
-
@dmitrijs-ivanovs its the standard port for openvpn (1194) sent the support info file with hardware nat turned off. If you want another with hardware nat on just let me know.
-
@peter-skopa Thanks! I have received your support info and found your VPN connection there.
What do you observe exactly when you enable HW NAT?
We will discuss your case internally.
-
well if i turn on the option the vpn on the other device doesnt connect no matter what until the option is turned off, then it connects just fine.
-
@peter-skopa One more question: are you sure it is OpenVPN, not some kind of UDP+IPSec over port 1194?
