Throughput Doesn't show for Wired Devices
-
Hello,
It seems when you click on Family within the app it doesn't show the throughput for wired devices. It simply shows a N/A for me and only shows values against wireless devices. Would be good to get this added....
-
I think it is weird that you can't see the throughput for LAN devices as well. Please add this functionality.
-
Hey, UBNT, let me know, what's your point of view about this problem?
-
It did in the olden days but I think there was something off about it? Like if I used a switch it would report every device the same. So instead of reporting false information they choose N/A.
-
same problem
-
I too, was shocked that my throughput doesn’t show Ethernet devices. Please fix this as I am wanting to hard wired most of my devices.
-
Need this speed to show up also for all wired devices.
-
Yesterday I installed the Amplifi Instant and it showed me the troughput of the wired devices too !
Now it only shows N/A. I think an automatic upgrade of the router must have disabled it.
-
@corvandonge Hello, I do not think that wired speed measurements were in previous firmware. Also you have to accept the update before it is installed. If you want to roll back please see the instructions here: https://help.amplifi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017450154-Updating-or-Rolling-Back-the-AmpliFi-Firmware

So this issue will not be fixed?
Running Amplifi Router Gaming v. 3.3.0 r. 0-g3035af3f69 Hardware r. 19
All wired traffic shows N/A. Hardware that is wired for a reason, heavy network usage.

@UI-JT will this be fixed at any point. It is kind of core functionality for some.

Right now I am showing my bandwidth is being maximumize, both up and down. I cannot see what device is using all the bandwidth. even though every device is assigned to a profile, the sum total of the profiles is less than 0.5% of the total. It makes no sense that AMPLIFI cannot tell me what device is responsible for using all the bandwidth.
